In order to purchase tickets on Ticketfly.com, you must have a Ticketfly account. You can create an account with Ticketfly during the purchase process, or by going to the "My Accounts" link on the main page of the website. This account can be used to purchase tickets, view existing orders, update email subscriptions, and to resend Print-at-Home tickets, Mobile Tickets, or email confirmations.
To create an account you will need to select "Register." Once "Register" has been selected you can simply enter your email address, then enter the password you would like to use (you are asked to enter your password twice to safeguard against typing errors).
Once you have entered your email address and password you can click "Sign in" and complete your purchase or access your account.
If you prefer, you can sign in with Facebook, however this is not required. You may simply register using the email address and password method as described above.

However, some orders will be viewable when following the associated link. If applicable, a link will appear in your account for that order.
If you experienced an error logging in to purchase for an event, attempt to create a new account using the same email and password information that you’ve used before. You may simply need to create an additional account in a specific system.

I can’t log-in! I keep getting an Invalid Email/Password message.
Please try alternate email addresses that you may have used. You can also try using the reset password function. If you have any trouble creating an account or accessing an order, please contact us.

I forgot my account password
If you can't remember the password for your account, then click the forgot password link on the log in page.
You can log in to view your order history, confirm the purchase of an order, or resend Print-at-Home or Mobile Tickets. If any information regarding an order needs to be corrected, please contact us. You can update your information within your account and this will apply to future orders, but will not change the information on existing orders.
You can also manage your email subscriptions from your account.
Please contact us if you would like for your account to be deactivated. Your account may be deactivated per request from you, a client, or due to suspicion of fraud or reselling of tickets. Please be aware that account deactivation is final. Once your account is deactivated you will not be able to use that email address to order through Ticketfly again.
Please note: We do not store payment information in your account. Each order you place will record the last 4 digits of your payment card for verification purposes.
