Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping orders are the only way to have physical tickets printed on ticket stock sent to you with a tracking number.

UPS delivery is only available within the United States and Canada. We can not ship UPS orders to international addresses. We also can not ship UPS orders to PO Box addresses.

We charge an additional fee for Expedited Shipping orders.

You should receive an email with tracking information to the email address on your order. Please check your spam filter or junk mail folder for that message if it is not in your inbox.

Keep in mind that Expedited Shipping orders are sent over 2 business days. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Similarly, if you place your order anytime after 10am PST, we will ship the order the following business day. We ship “signature release” which means UPS will attempt to obtain a signature before leaving at the delivery location, but a signature is not required. If an order says that it will arrive by the end of day, that means by 7pm your local time.

We will not offer this delivery method as an option if there is not enough time for your order to arrive before the show.

Finally, if you inputted a PO Box, international address, or erroneous address information, it is likely we held your order and reached out to you via email to clarify or correct. Check to make sure you do not have any address clarification requests from us.
