Mobile Tickets are a form of e-ticket or electronic ticket that arrives directly to your smartphone via email.
 
You will actually receive two emails from us for each order generated with this delivery method. The first is an email confirmation of your order. The second is an email specially formatted to display on your smartphone's screen so that ticket scanners may scan it as you gain entry to the venue. In some cases you will need to enable images so that the barcode will display. There should be one barcode per ticket.
 
You'll want to turn the brightness up to a reasonable level when presenting your smartphone to be scanned since the ticket scanner will need to be able to detect contrast between the black and white space on the barcode.
 
Additionally, you may be able to log-in to your Ticketfly account and resend your Print-at-Home or mobile tickets or resend your confirmation from there. Try logging in here:

Once logged in, select "My Orders", and click on the order number for the relevant order. You will then see an order number, and, if available, a link to download your tickets.

 
Passbook support: All Ticketfly venues can now deliver mobile tickets via Apple’s Passbook for iOS users and mobile barcodes for users with Android devices or other smartphones.

MOBILE TICKET TROUBLESHOOTING

Your mobile ticket barcodes are in the body of the email. Most email servers do not display images in an email until you grant permission. If you do not see your barcodes in the body of the email first check that you are not looking at your confirmation email, then ensure that you have allowed your email to display images.

Trouble with the attachment? The attachment is a file for Passbook for iOS. Please make sure you have the latest iOS version downloaded to your device. If you do not have an iPhone the attachment won't work and you will have to use the barcodes from the body of the email.
