Standard Mail Tickets

Standard Mail tickets will generally only be available if there are at least 18 days until the event. Please note that not all events will offer Standard Mail tickets.

Standard mail orders are shipped first class mail in an unmarked white envelope with a San Francisco return address.
My tickets haven’t arrived yet 
We advise allowing as much time as possible for your tickets to get to you. Ticketfly offers alternate delivery methods for every event, though we will not declare your standard mail tickets to be lost in the mail and update your delivery method until 7 days before the date of the event. 

If you have 7 days or less until your event happens and you still have not received your order, please provide a desired alternative delivery method: Print-at-Home, Mobile Tickets or Will Call; and we will respond within 48 hours with a solution to your problem. Please keep in mind that alternate delivery methods vary by event.

It is your responsibility to inform us if your tickets have not arrived. If you do not, and are unable to gain entry to the event because of this, we will not be able to issue you a refund. Standard mail orders are not shipped with a tracking number. Without a tracking number we have no way of knowing if tickets have been received unless we are notified by the purchaser. We are always able to assist a customer whose tickets did not arrive in the mail by providing an alternate method of delivery, but must be informed that tickets haven't arrived in order to do so.

If you have more than 7 days until your event, then please refrain from sending us a message. You may want to double-check your order confirmation to make sure that the address is correct.

Shipping Fees
Some venues assess a fee for shipping tickets Standard Mail through the US Postal Service. If you do not want to pay the fee for ordering with this delivery method, consider an alternate delivery method. Shipping fees vary.

Lost Tickets
If you have lost physical tickets, we treat them as cash, meaning that if they are lost or destroyed, we can not replace them.
Damaged Tickets
If your tickets are damaged by the shipping process or from being exposed to sunlight we may be able to replace them. Typically we will need a photo to verify that the tickets are unusable. Please contact us to request replacements. We may be able to accommodate you.

Tickets Returned to Sender
In the event that your tickets are undeliverable as addressed, they will be returned to us by the US Postal Service. Any tickets that are returned to us by USPS are automatically switched to Will Call. If your ticket has been returned to us and switched to Will Call, you will be contacted via the e-mail address you provided.

Shipping to AFO/APO
For events that occur in the United States, tickets can be delivered to an Armed Forces shipping address via Standard Mail.

Shipping to Canada (US Events)
We do ship Standard Mail to Canadian addresses for events with the US. We do not ship tickets UPS 2nd Day Air to Canada for events within the US.

Tracking Shipments
We do not track orders sent Standard Mail. If you would like to have your ticket shipment tracked then please consider choosing UPS 2nd Day Air as the delivery method.

When are my tickets printed? When are my tickets shipped?
Tickets are typically printed, loaded into envelopes, and shipped by event date from our office in San Francisco, CA. If your event is more than 2 months in the future, your tickets may not be printed right away. Most customers receive their ticket 2-4 weeks ahead of the event date.

Tickets are shipped in a plain white envelope, and are not marked as being sent from Ticketfly, so please be on the lookout for these tickets to arrive after you place your order. You would hate for them to be mixed up with your junk mail and be thrown away.

If your tickets still have not arrived and your event is within the next 7 days, please provide a desired alternative delivery method: Print-at-Home, Mobile Tickets or Will Call; and we will respond within 48 hours with a solution to your problem. Please keep in mind that alternate delivery methods vary by event.

Special or Delayed Fulfillment
Some events have delayed fulfilment and we will not ship tickets until closer to the event date. If you have purchased for an event with delayed fulfillment and you will not be living at the address on your order when tickets ship, please contact us before the tickets will be fulfilled with the correct or up-to-date address.

Incorrect Address Information
If you’ve noticed that you input an incorrect shipping address and are having tickets shipped by Standard Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air, please call us right away. We may be able to make the change before tickets are printed, meaning your tickets will not be delayed, and will arrive to the address you intend. If your tickets have already been printed, however, we may not be able to update your address.
Are My Tickets Being Sent to My Billing Address?
When placing an order through Ticketfly you are given the option to enter a separate shipping and billing address by unchecking the box on the payment info screen that says "Use shipping address for billing address." If you have entered a shipping address in addition to your billing address then the tickets will be shipped to the shipping address entered. If you have entered a separate ship to address it will be shown in your confirmation email.
