Wrong Shipping Address

If you’ve noticed an error in your shipping address and are having tickets shipped by Standard Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air, please call us right away. We may be able to make the change before tickets are printed, meaning your tickets will not be delayed, and will arrive at the address you intend.
 
We are not able to update addresses for Standard Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air orders after they have already left our office. If your tickets do not arrive within 7 days of the event, please contact us at that time.

Please note: Address changes are not required for Will Call, Print-at-Home, or Mobile, since nothing is shipped to your address.
