Can someone else use my tickets?

If you have physical tickets, Print-at-Home tickets, or mobile tickets, and they do not explicitly state “Tickets are Non-transferable” then someone other than yourself can use them.

Please note, however, that certain events such as festivals or high-demand shows may have policies that restrict the transfer of tickets. Please be sure to check the policy for your specific event, or contact us and we'll be happy to check for you.
 
If you have ordered tickets as Will Call, but are unable to attend, there may be some flexibility we can offer you. There are different 3rd party will call pick-up policies for each venue and for each show. Please contact us for clarification on what your options are.
 
If you purchased tickets as a gift and would like for the name that appears on the will call list to be changed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order (policies vary from event to event).
