Lost Tickets

If you have lost physical tickets, generally, we treat them as cash, meaning that if they are lost or destroyed, we can not replace them.
 
However, for some events, we are able to convert the order to an alternative delivery method, or make special accommodations.
 
If your show is not for some time, we recommend emailing us. Please have your order confirmation number ready if able. Please Note: We can only assist with orders placed via Ticketfly. If you purchased your tickets at the Box Office, please contact them directly for assistance.
