I did not receive tickets shipped via Expedited Shipping

You should have received an email with tracking information. Please check your spam filter or junk mail folder for that message if it is not in your inbox. You can also use your order number to track your package at UPS.com - select "Tracking", then "Track by Reference", and use your order number as the reference.
 
Keep in mind that Expedited Shipping orders are sent over 2 business days. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
 
Similarly, if you place your order anytime after 10am, we will ship the order the following day. Please note that UPS will not require a signature in order to leave the package at the delivery location. If an order says that it will arrive by the end of day, that means by 7pm your local time.
 
We will not offer this delivery method as an option if there is not enough time for your order to arrive before the show.
 
Finally, if you inputted a PO Box, international address, or erroneous address information, it is likely we held your order and reached out to you via email to clarify or correct. That may cause a delay as well. Check to make sure you do not have any address clarification requests from us.
