Ticketfly does not consider orders to be lost in the mail until the event is occurring within the next 7 days. We will not change your delivery method until that time.
 
If your tickets still have not arrived and there are 7 days or less before your event, please provide a desired alternative delivery method - Print-at-Home, Mobile Tickets, or Will Call - and we will respond within 48 hours with a solution to your problem.
