At the end of May, Ticketfly was the target of a malicious cyber attack. In consultation with third-party forensic cybersecurity experts we can now confirm that credit and debit card information was not accessed. However, information including names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers connected to approximately 27 million Ticketfly accounts was accessed. Upon first learning about this incident we took swift action to secure the data of our clients and fans. We take privacy and security very seriously and regret any disruption this has caused. Where are my seats?

If your tickets say General Admission, that means your tickets grant you admission to the venue, or a specific section of that venue.

Unless otherwise noted, General Admission tickets are “Standing Room Only,” which means that there are no actual seats, and you will be standing up during the duration of the show. If a General Admission show is seated, they will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

For our reserved seat shows, your seat locations are listed in the top right corner on the face of our tickets, and are visible during the purchase process and on your email confirmation. Please refer to the venue's website for a seating chart, or view the seating chart associated with the event on our event page.

For some venues the seat numbering system is special.

For instance, the seating for Merriweather Post Pavilion, and The Capitol Theatre, the Left Center section is entirely odd numbered, and the Right Center section is entirely even numbered.

As stated in the purchase process, all sales are final. We cannot offer you a refund if you purchase tickets to a general admission event, expecting to get a seat.
