My card number has changed
If your event was canceled or a refund was issued and your card number has changed, but your account is still open, the funds will return to your account. If you account is closed, please contact your financial institution in order to have them transfer the funds to an open account.
If you have will call tickets and you have a new card, please bring to the box office a copy/screenshot of your bank/credit card statement showing the charge from Ticketfly.
